Any exchange of jewelry is possible within 14 calendar days under the same return conditions as for refunds.​ For purchases made in November and December (Christmas) the period is 60 days.
Refund :

All jewelry can be refunded provided that the buyer informs Simple Je by email simpleje@orange.fr that they wish a refund. Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged and returned with its original pouch. They must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by tracked letter or colissimo. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will only relate to the price of the jewelry.

Returns
Your order is processed within 24 hours of order confirmation. Then sent by post by registered letter and delivered within 48 hours (working days and according to post office hours). Your Tracked Letter will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Simple I am not responsible for any delays. The goods travel at your own risk.

Delivery can sometimes be done directly and free of charge in the Bordeaux metropolitan area (Bordeaux, Mérignac, Pessac) and completely free Click and Collect is preferred in certain markets (depending on the season).
